How it’s made:
We found the perfect rich, slightly spicy extra virgin olive oil from Giuliana Direct Olive Oil (our lovely neighbors in RiNo) is blended into the cream. Babka, is a sweet braided bread or cake of Ashkenazi Jewish origin, that is popular in the United States and Israel, that is filled with chocolate, and is topped with a with a streusel topping. The babka is chopped up and carefully swirled through the ice cream. You're left with a buttery, chocolatey delicious ice cream.
