A classic HPC Holiday flavor, warm, spicy chai ice cream with a crunchy and molasses-y gingerbread inside.

How it’s made:
Masala Chai from a local tea shop, Teatulia, steeps in our Royal Crest cream and is strained out, just like a small cup of tea. We then bake a giant gingerbread cookie, break it apart and swirl through the ice cream as it comes out of the machine.
