Chamomile w/ Blueberry Swirl

Sweet, citrusy ice cream with handmade strawberry swirl.

How it’s made: We steep Mighty Leaf’s chamomile tea into the cream and then strain it to create a beautiful, daffodil yellow ice cream with a bright, citrusy flavor and minty undertones. We hand-swirl a house made strawberry sauce through the ice cream to finish off this quintessentially spring flavor.

Pairs with: Soft Cheese & Red Pepper Jelly, Salted Caramel, Blueberry Lemon, Cherry Miso with Chocolate Freckles
